The Antonio Saura Private Foundation has a series of works of art that it owns or which have been either temporarily or permanently endowed by its patrons, with all of which the Casa Zavala was inaugurated as the renovated headquarters of the Antonio Saura Foundation.

This is the first exhibition of the beginning of a new era for the Antonio Saura Foundation, logically associated with the memory of the artist who gives his name and raison d’être to our institution.

This opening activity is also undertaken as a presentation of the profound renovation work carried out on the Casa Zavala building in order that it may serve as the permanent headquarters of the ASF and to prepare its exhibition rooms as some of the most modern spaces in the region. Depending on the other activities and exhibitions of a temporary nature which will be housed at the Casa Zavala, the works of art owned by the ASF will be exhibited during different periods of time.
