Trois Visions. Antonio Saura

Small select sample, by way of illustration, on the Trois Visions work of Quevedo. Composed entirely of 42 lithographs produced by Antonio Saura in 1971 at the Centre Genevois de Gravure Contemporaine.
Trois visions belongs to the French translation carried out by La Geneste, starting with the original work “Los Sueños” (“Dreams”) of Quevedo composed between 1606 and 1623. Five short narrations of satirical inspiration, from which the Trois Visions are extracted, dealing with very diverse customs, trades and popular characters of his era
